O presidente da CERTAJA Energia, Renato Martins, e o gerente comercial, Ederson Madruga, realizaram a abertura do evento. Colaboradores do SCE, SMF e dos Postos de Atendimento refletiram sobre os processos que geram retrabalho e situa\u00e7\u00f5es em n\u00e3o conformidade com as normas da ISO, de forma a eliminarem estes casos e continuar, permanentemente, na busca pelo atendimento excelente ao cooperado.
